This piece is a reminiscence of my travels to India. Objects from different cultural origins share space on the same table, signifying a pause for reflection during a temporal respite in a journey, or the emptying of
pockets and bags that occurs at a journey's conclusion. The crispness of detail is a metaphor for the freshness of memories the linger in the mind when gazing at objects collected during travels.
